OUR GAURENTEE
Currently, all of our plants come in plastic nursery pots. Because not all plants are identical, plant characteristics may vary. If you'd like a current photo of what you're recieving feel free to email us here.
We guarantee the quality and health of our plants. If you have any issues within 2 days of receiving your order please contact us and we'll make it right!
Shipping
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, if you need to update your shipping address feel free to email us. We cannot adjust your shipping address if your order has already shipped.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring whether or not their order can ship internationally. We cannot reimburse packages lost to customs.
To ensure the health and quality of your plant, all orders placed on weekends will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday.

RETURns
LivelyPlants Co has a no-refund policy, however if you experience any issues with your plants health on arrival please contact us two days after delivery.
Under certain circumstances we can provide you with a one-time replacement if necessary.
As with all living plants, each requires proper care and nutrients to adjust to their new environments. Neglect and poor watering schedules are not included with this guarantee. The customer is responsible for choosing a plant suitable for the climate in which it will be grown.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, feel free to message us before your order ships and we can cancel it!
