The Venus Flytrap for sale is not necessarily the one in the picture. It may look smaller or bigger depending on availability. The plant will be potted in a 3" pot. No need to repot right away, just unpack and enjoy. 
Important Notes: 1) It is not uncommon to receive a plant with a dead or dying traps, as this is a normal occurrence in nature; simply trim off the dead plant matter. The plants grow new leaves out from the center. 2) Remove all coverings from the plant. 3) Water plant immediately upon receiving it, using the watering instructions above.
